New Grade for Fall 2024 is a national recognition for commitment to patient safety.
Chino, CA November 15, 2024 – Chino Valley Medical Center, a member of Prime Healthcare, earned an “A” Hospital Safety Grade from The Leapfrog Group. Leapfrog assigns an “A,” “B,” “C,” “D” or “F” grade to general hospitals across the country based on over 30 performance measures reflecting errors, accidents, injuries and infections, as well as the systems hospitals have in place to prevent them.
This recognition is especially significant as Chino Valley Medical Center is the only hospital in the city, making its commitment to patient safety and quality care a critical cornerstone for the health and well-being of the entire community.

Chino Valley Medical Center additionally received the American Heart Association’s Target: Type 2 Diabetes Honor Roll™ award.
